  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the strategic management in support of aircraft parts supply operations.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve departmental policies and procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance with Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (CAD) requirements and other applicable authorities; act as the primary liaison with the other departments.
  • Direct budgetary planning, cost analysis, and cost control, while spearheading cross-functional cost-reduction and value-optimization initiatives.
  • Lead the accreditation and ongoing performance evaluation of suppliers, ensuring quality levels consistently to meet organizational standards.
  • Investigate and formally report on all observed or reported safety, quality, or operationally relevant incidents, implementing corrective and preventive measures as required.
  • Design and implement structured training programs to ensure all personnel are fully qualified, competent, and compliant with role-specific requirements.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Aviation, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Completion of the Hong Kong Airworthiness Course is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in the aviation industry.
  • Well-established network and strong working relationships across the aviation sector.
  • In-depth familiarity with CAD regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Hong Kong airworthiness standards and compliance protocols.
  • Proven capability to lead end-to-end supplier management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record in cost modeling, financial analysis, budget control, and quality control. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the full spectrum of aircraft parts operations, including procurement, repair management, leasing, and remarketing.
  • Proficient in written & oral English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
